Each work is created and produced with care.

Original artworks and fine art prints are carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged prior to dispatch. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Colour or size perception (colours may vary slightly from screen to print)
Ordering errors at checkout

We kindly ask that you take a moment to review your selection before purchasing. If you have any questions, we welcome you to reach out prior to placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Works

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

Each case is carefully reviewed, and where appropriate, we will provide a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If approved, you will be provided with return details and next steps.

We do not offer exchanges on any works.
